Snaidero improved its defense, while O'Bannon, Wisniewski and Michele Antonutti each scored from downtown in a game-breaking 15-0 run which allowed the hosts to get a safe lead all the way until the final buzzer.

Jacob Jaacks and a very active Ozer exchanged three-pointers but a layup by Michele Antonutti provided another lead change, 8-7. Larry O'Bannon fired in another triple for Snaidero, but Brooks Sales followed a close basket with a layup-plus-foul to give Besiktas a 11-12 edge. Di Guiliomaria stepped up with a three-point play, igniting a 7-2 Snaidero run which Kristaps Valters capped with a layup to put the hosts back in front, 45-43. Sales hit free throws, as Besiktas had started to have troubles in the defensive board, allowing too many second-chance shots. Di Giuliomaria took over with a put-back dunk while Jaacks also slammed it for a 49-46 Snaidero lead. Besiktas went scoreless for more than 4 minutes and Snaidero made the most out of it. O'Bannon, Wisniewski and Antonutti each buried one from downtown to cap a game-breaking 15-0 run which allowed Udine to get a 60-46 margin. Free throws by Erkan Veyseloglu and a layup off a steal by Reese got Besiktas within 60-50 after three quarters. Besiktas needed a comeback and Ozer tried to ignit one with a three-pointer early in the final period. Valters answered from downtown while Jaacks erased Veyseloglu's layup with a put-back basket to keep Udine way ahead at 67-55. O'Bannon fired his third triple to make it a 15-point game, 70-55, midway through the fourth quarter. Sales followed a layup with a triple, but Jaacks and Wisniewski hit consecutive layups to seal the win, 74-60, with 4 minutes to go.
