Asvel Villeurbanne Lyon
""Defensively and offensively, we did quite well overall, but we gave up too many rebounds to Varese. And sometimes we spoiled our hard defense at the 24th second by making stupid mistakes."
FRATES, FABRIZIO
Cimberio Varese
"First of all, I would like to congratulate Asvel for its game. They made hard shots at key times. Knowing that we were already out of the Last 32, the objectives were to gain experience with our young players and to preserve our captain, Ebi Ere. Even though we lost, I'm quite satisfied this evening. Unfortunately, we lost a few games by 1 or 2 points, and it was probably due to a lack of experience. This evening we took a lot of rebounds but we didn’t' do well on second shots."
