Head Coaches

BANCHI, LUCA
Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar
"The game, as we expected, was very tough, very difficult, against a team that has amazing physical talent and athleticism. As soon as we increased our aggressiveness in the fourth period, we were able, thanks to deflections and rebound control, to have a great win."
JULBE, ALFRED
Limoges CSP
"We did enough good things to be close to have the possibility of winning, but we didn't do enough to win. At the end of the third quarter, we were in a very good situation to try to win the game, doing many things well. Every rebound was battled and in the end, we lost that battle. We played very concentrated against a very talented team, but like I said in the beginning, we didn't do enough to win the game. It is not an excuse; we had to change some of our best players in the beginning of the fourth quarter because they played more than what we wanted. We kind of lost talent and had some turnovers in the beginning of the fourth quarter. Then after that, Lokomotiv played very concentrated and did things very well and we arrived late to many defensive situations that we were doing kind of better before, and we were not doing well at the end."

Players

WILLIAMS, ALAN
Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar
"Great energy. The crowd came out again! Our Loko fans are amazing! They are probably some of the best in the EuroCup. Please continue to come out, we really appreciate it and are glad that you gave us energy tonight."
SANFORD, VINCENT
Limoges CSP
"Lokomotiv is a good team and a very well-coached team. They made adjustments in the game and made big stops. They had players hitting big shots and fortunately for them, they were able to pull out the win. We are working on our team chemistry. We understand that basketball is a marathon and it is early in the season. We have to continue to grow as a team and learn from these losses. I feel that as the season progresses, we will learn and become a better team. For me, I am just trying to find my rhythm after missing the whole pre-season; I have had some good games and some tough games, but overall, I am just trying to find my rhythm and my flow with the team."
