"Today's game was a good lesson for us. We played against one of the quality European clubs. Bilbao showed better quality than us, however, I must say I am proud of my players who fought all game. Bilbao has a very deep bench with an eleven men rotation. On the contrary we got into trouble when we had to use the end of our bench. In addition, Bilbao shot the ball best from the three-point line all season. I thought we had advantage with a quicker line up in the first half but when we got tired in second half the advantage went to Bilbao with a bigger and slower line up."

"The game was close for 30 minutes of the game. We were slightly up but could not really take over the game to open up a big gap. We always let Nymburk back in the game by making three or four elementary mistakes. I know we shot the ball from three with a very high percentage. This combined with more experience and better domestic competition that prepares us well for Eurocup were the reasons for our win today. I think Nymburk gave a good effort today and overall I would say it was a good game to watch for all basketball fans."
