Head Coaches

SACCHETTI, ROMEO
Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari
"Tonight was an important match, it’s our first victory in the Euroleague so it is something historical for us, for Sassari, and for all the island. We played for 35 minutes very intensively, and defended very tough. But we have other five games in front of us. We always need to play better and with this energy."
KRAPIKAS, GINTARAS
Zalgiris Kaunas
"We knew from the beginning that Sassari will play very hard tonight because it was its last possibility to stay in the Euroleague’s run. I congratulated immediately with coach Sacchetti after the game. They played with a lot of energy for the entire game and won deservedly."

Players

LAWAL, SHANE
Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari
"I think we have been working so hard to get a victory. We played really bad in some situations, we would play good for half a game, but not a whole game. This is the first time we played three good quarters of basketball. We still have room to improve. We played great team basketball. We got our confidence back, we need to win the next one and the next one. We want to make Top 16, we can make the Top 16."
