Head Coaches

SCARIOLO, SERGIO
Unicaja
"It was a great win for us, the biggest one in Europe since I arrived to Unicaja. I am proud of the effort we showed against Panathinaikos and I want to congratulate Berni in public because of his effort. We managed to maintain our advantage until minute 35 but after that we went downhill, missing free throws and they came back. They even started playing with four guards and they quickened the tempo and put our win in danger."
OBRADOVIC, ZELJKO
Panathinaikos
"I want to congratulate Unicaja for a well-deserved win. They played great especially in the first half. we had a bad second quarter in which we didn't select our shots well. I can't remember a first half in which the rival has scored 52 points against us. But I am proud of the reaction we had. Unicaja didn't surprise me. They are a great team and they will get even better when Pepe Sanchez is back."

Players

RODRIGUEZ, BERNI
Unicaja
"It was an important game for us, as we need to win all the home games. So far we have done that, and beating Panathinaikos makes it even better. In the first half we played really well and managed to get an important margin. In the end we were tired and lost concentration and they came back. Luckily, in the end we got our concentration back. I am fine and could play thanks to the doctors."
