"With the way we played tonight this win is very well deserved. We played with high tempo and a lot of courage and we made a lot of important shots. Twenty-six assists and 75% on two-pointers express our strong effort tonight. We had Jerusalem on their heels and put them under a lot of pressure. Defensively, we varied our pick-and-roll defense and covered the paint pretty well. This was an important step towards the EuroCup Top 16."
PIANIGIANI, SIMONE
Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem
"Tonight is very simple because Ulm crushed in every part of the game, in every part of the court. We have a lot of small problems in the last days concerning injuries and sicknesses. But this is no excuse; you have to resist such little problems and you have to play with more pride. Especially in the beginning of the game we finished too fast and let Ulm score to many easy points. Ulm is in one of the most energetic; you can lose against them. But there are different ways to lose. My players were giving up.”
