Head Coaches

BIYIKTAY, BURAK
Besiktas ColaTurka
“We had too many absences for the game, which makes it impossible to handle this big game. We had Mire Chatman and Haluk Yildirim injured along with Brad Newley, who is absent for many months. We had a limited rotation and that made it hard to challenge a great opponent like Unics Kazan. It’s not easy to motivate when you have no target.”
CHOMICIUS, VALDEMARAS
Unics
“Tonight we played good defense. Besiktas Cola Turka lost some players due to injury They had to change the plan for the game. For that reason, we had a good rotation on the court all game. We fielded some young players and I can honestly say everybody tried to do their work as well as they could. We had some small problems during the game, but it’s difficult to see when you win this way.”

Players

GULER, MURATCAN
Besiktas ColaTurka
“We did everything we could with our limited rotation. They are a very strong team with plently of stars. They pushed the game from the beginning until the end. They made great shots from behind the arc and that made the differance.”
LYDAY, TERRELL
Unics
“We controlled the game from the beginning until the end. Besiktas had some injured players and that made the game easier for us. It’s good to keep on winning. We hope to keep going on like this.”
