Head Coaches

KURTINAITIS, RIMAS
VEF Riga
"I want to thank my players for the win. Our main goal was to win by 14 points, but we fell a little short. Now we must look how other teams play and hopefully we still have a chance to qualify for the next round. I am happy that we have improved our game to a level at which we can beat strong European teams by making them play our game, not only by excellent shooting and luck."
KATTASH, ODED
Hapoel Jerusalem
"I want to congratulate VEF Riga for the win. They played good defense, they disrupted our offensive rhythm very well. VEF played with great energy, especially at the beginning of the second half."

Players

CAIN, TYLER
VEF Riga
"Team effort was the main reason for the win, when we needed we made some stops as a team, we made some rebounds as a team. With time passing we have figured out some stuff about the team, for example who is our go-to guy in crucial moments. Our team chemistry is great and that is why we are getting some wins finally."
NAIMY, YUVAL
Hapoel Jerusalem
"I also want to congratulate our opponents. We started the second half pretty slow, and that was the main reason why we lost the game."
