Brose Baskets announced the departure of center Latavious Williams, whose two-month contract expired this weekend. Williams stepped in to replace injured big man A.J. Ogilvy. He has averaged 4.3 points and 3.4 rebounds in 7 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games this season. Williams has quickly found a new job, as he signed with Cajasol Seville on Sunday night, replacing Roberto Dozier. He averaged 9.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 0.8 blocks over 34 Spanish League games last season with Joventut. That was his first season in Europe. Williams made news as a teenager when he decided to skip playing college basketball and played in the NBA D-League as a 20-year-old. He played 88 games for Tulsa over two seasons and posted 13.2 points and 8.6 rebounds in his second season, 2010-2011.
