Dunston is the Playoffs Game 4 bwin MVP following a clutch performance as his Reds defeated Real Madrid 71-62 on Wednesday. Dunston tallied 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting plus 9 rebounds in compiling a performance index rating of 25, which was the highest among players on winning teams in Game 4 of the playoffs. Dunstan, who was also Playoffs Game 3 bwin MVP, not only led Olympiacos, but he was at his best when the game was on the line. He scored 8 fourth-quarter points, including 6 in a row after Madrid tied the game early in the quarter. Dunson also posted 2 assists, a steal and a block in a winning effort. The tope index rating of Game 4 was from a player on the losing side of that game. Rudy Fernandez had a 26 index after posting 18 points and 8 rebounds for Madrid. Sharing third place for Game 4 were two of the stars of Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv’s Final Four clinching win. Alex Tyus and Devin Smith each had index ratings of 24 in an 86-66 come-from behind victory over EA7 Emporio Armani Milan. Tyus recorded 16 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks, while Smith chalked up 13 points, 9 boards, 5 assists and 2 rejections. Rounding out the top Game 4 performers was Milan’s Keith Langford, who scored 28 points and drew 11 fouls en route to an index rating of 21.

With 28 points, Langford was Game 4’s best scorer by a margin of 10 points! With 17.6 points per game, he essentially secured his position as the top scorer for the 2013-14 Turkish Airlines Euroleague season. Sonny Weems of CSKA Moscow is the top scorer in the playoffs with 18 points per game. Bryant, Smith and Tyus were the best rebounders in Game 4 action with 9 apiece. Smith and Tyus were also Game 4’s only players with multiple blocked shots. CSKA forward Victory Khryapa is the playoffs leader with an average of 8 rebounds per game; Dunston is second with 7.5 per game. Tyus is the playoiffs leader with 2 blocks per game. Euroleague MVP Vassilis Spanoulis dished 7 assists on Wednesday, which was the most of any player in Game 4. Khryapa also tops the playoffs assists charts with 5.8 per game. No player in game 4 had more steals than Dimitris Diamantidis with 3. Madrid’s Nikola Mirotic and Panathinaikos’s Jonas Maciulis each are averaging 2 steals per game in the playoffs, to lead all players.
