Looking ahead to its Turkish Airlines Euroleague return next season, Adriatic League runner-up Cedevita Zagreb added depth to its backcourt adding big guard Nemanja Gordic on a three-year deal. Gordic (1.95 meters, 26 years old) played with Igokea Aleksandrovac last season, posting 11.8 points, leading the team with 3.7 assists, and grabbing 2.1 rebounds per contest during the Eurocup regular season. Gordic averaged 15.6 points, 5.0 assists, and 2.5 rebounds in the Adriatic League, and has also won the Bosnian League title the club. Gordic already has a pair of Euroleague seasons under his belt. He debuted during the 2010-11 Top 16 with Virtus Roma and most recently played with Partizan NIS Belgrade in the 2012-13 season. For his Euroleague career so far, Gordic has averages of 6.6 points and 1.6 assists. Gordic started his professional career with Buducnost VOLI Podgorica and has also played briefly with Azovmash Mariupol.
