Stelmet Zielona Gora reached a new agreemenet with shooting guard Przemyslaw Zamojski to keep working together until the end of the 2016-17 season, the club announced Monday. Zielona Gora also announced the arrival of playmaker J.R. Reynolds, who will play for the Polish powerhouse next season. Zamojski (1.93 meters, 29 years old) averaged 10.3 points in 10 Eurocup last season, in which he helped Zielona Gora get the Polish double - league and cup titles. Zamojski started his career with Independence CC and soon joined Prokom, to which he helped win six consecutive Polish League titles from 2007 to 2012. He also helped Prokom become the first Polish team to reach the Euroleague playoffs in 2010. Zamojski has also played for Trefl Sopot, as well as being a regular member of the Polish national team. He has accumulated 257 points in 45 Euroleague career games.
Reynolds (1.88 meters, 31 years old) arrives from Buducnost Voli Podgorica, where he averaged 10.5 points and 3.6 assists in 14 Eurocup games last season, in which he led his team to the Montenegrin League and Cup titles. Reynolds also shined with Limoges CSP, to which he helped win the 2013-14 French League title and earn its right to play in the 2014-15 Turkish Airlines Euroleague. He averaged 10.8 points and 2.5 assists in 40 French League games in the 2013-14 season. Reynolds has also played for BCM Gravelines Dunkerque, Entente Orleans 45 and Adecco Asvel Lyon in France, Vanoli Soresina and Cimberio Varese in Italy, Maine of the D-League and Bnei Eshet Tours Hasharon of Israel. He has accumulated 275 points and 81 assists in 28 Eurocup career games with Asvel, Gravelines and Buducnost. Reynolds will make his Euroleague debut with Zielona Gora next season.
