Fresh off of back-to-back road wins, Cedevita bolstered its lineup in a bid to reach the top 16 by signing forward Henry Walker. The contract, which is pending the player passing a physical examination, is for the remainder of the season. Walker (1.98 meters, 28 years old) spent last season between Miami of the NBA and its D-League affiliate, Sioux Falls. He averaged 7.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists over 24 games for Miami and 15.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists for Sioux Falls. Walker had previously played parts of four seasons in the NBA for Boston and New York. He has also played for Trotamundos de Carabobo of Venezuela and Alaska Aces in the Philippines. At Cedevita Walker will reunite with former college teammate Jacob Pullen. They played together during the 2007-08 season at Kansas State University.
