CSKA captain Khryapa out indefinitely with hand injury
CSKA Moscow team captain Victor Khryapa will be sidelined indefinitely due to a broken bone in his left hand, the team confirmed Monday. Khryapa was injured in the second quarter of a VTB League game against Unics Kazan on Sunday. This is the second time this season that Khryapa has suffered a fracture to left hand. The first happened in a Turkish Airlines Euroleague game against Darussafaka Dogus Istanbul in November and caused him to miss nearly two months. Khryapa has averaged 5.1 points, 4 rebounds and 1.8 in eight Euroleague games this season.
