On a night when the league’s best scorer cooled down, CSKA Moscow had nothing to worry about. Milos Teodosic came to the rescue with 23 points, which set a personal best in the playoffs, to lead CSKA to an 84-74 victory over Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade and claim MVP honors for Game 1 of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Playoffs.
