Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade bolstered its frontcourt by inking center Ognjen Kuzmic to a three-year deal on Wednesday. Kuzmic (2.14 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Panathinaikos Athens, where he averaged 5.1 points and 4.1 rebounds in 25 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season, in which he helped the Greens lift the Greek Cup trophy. He had joined Panathinaikos from Santa Cruz of the D-League, averaging 13.4 points, 12.3 rebounds and 2 blocks, helping his team win the title. Kuzmic also played for Golden State of the NBA, Unicaja Malaga, Clinicas Rincon Axarquia and Joventut Badalona of Spain, Borac Nectar Banja Luka and Celik Zenica of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as for UU-Korihait Uusikaupunki and Lapuan Korikobrat of Finland. Kuzmic has also been a member of the Serbian national team.
