Israeli powerhouse Maccabi Tel Aviv announced on Sunday afternoon the addition of big man Artsiom Parakhouski to a one plus one deal. Parkhouski (2.11 meters, 29 years old) arrives from Unics Kazan, where last season he averaged 11.3 points and 5.1 rebounds in 29 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games, 28 of them as a starter. Parakhouski has been one of the big men on the rise these last seasons in Europan basketball. He had also played the EuroLeague with Nizhny Novgorod in 2014-14 and also in three 7DAYS EuroCup campaigns with VEF Riga, Hapoel Jerusalem and Unics, always with good averages.
