Anadolu Efes inks small forward Muric
Anadolu Efes Istanbul added another weapon on Wednesday by signing small forward Edo Muric. The contract is for one season with an option for a second. Muric (2.02 meters, 25 years old) arrives from fellow Turkish side Banvit Bandirma, for which he averaged 7.2 points and 3.8 rebounds in the Turkish League last season. A member of the Slovenian national team, Muric was a product of the youth team at Parklji Bezigrad and made his senor debut with TCG Skofja Loka. His breakthrough came with Krka Novo Mesto, where Muric played four seasons and helped the club to four Slovenian championships. He moved to Serbia for Partizan Belgrade in 2014, where he played two seasons and joined Banvit one year ago. He will join Efes after the EuroBasket 2017 championship in which his team has reached the medal round.
