Adriatic League champion Buducnost VOLI Podgorica made its first addition ahead of the 2018-19 season by signing forward Coty Clarke from Russian side Avtodor. Clarke (2.01 meters, 25 years old) led the VTB United League in performance index rating last season with an average of 22.0 over 26 games. He also ranked fourth in scoring with 20.0 points and second in rebounding with 8.3 in leading Avtodor to the playoffs. The power forward made his professional debut with Hapoel Galil Elion in the second division Israel. Clarke has also played for Boston in NBA, Maine in the NBA Development League, Capitanes de Arecibo in Puerto Rico and UNICS Kazan in Russia. He averaged 6.1 points and 4.2 rebounds in an injury-shortened EuroLeague debut with UNICS in 2016-17.
