Darussafaka Istanbul continued its preparations for its Turkish Airlines EuroLeague return by signing guard
Ray McCallum to a one-year deal, the club announced Friday. McCallum (1.90 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Unicaja Malaga, where he made his EuroLeague debut last season with 9.2 points, 2.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 30 regular season games. He previously played for Sacramento, San Antonio, Memphis and Detroit in the NBA and for Reno, Austin and Grand Rapids in the D-League, too. McCallum is set to start his second season in the EuroLeague and both of them will have come playing for the reigning 7DAYS EuroCup champion.
