Fenerbahce Istanbul announced that is has signed veteran guard Erick Green to take the role of the injured Tyler Ennis, who suffered a broken leg in a Turkish League game on Sunday. Green (1.90 meters, 26 years old) ranked eighth in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague in scoring last season when he averaged 14.4 points on 41.7% three-point shooting over 28 games last season for Valencia Basket. This will be his fourth EuroLeague campaign after previous stints with Olympiacos Piraeus of Greece and Montepaschi Siena of Italy. He helped the Reds reach the 2017 EuroLeague championship game in Istanbul, which they lost to Fenerbahce. Green has also played for Denver and Utah of the NBA and Fort Wayne and Reno of the G-League.
