As announced by the club on Friday, Turkish Airlines Euroleague debutante BC Cedevita Zagreb signed point guard Marques Green to a one-year deal. Perry (1.67 meters, 30 years old) arrives from Air Avellino of Italy, where he spent the last two seasons. Last season, Green averaged 16.1 points (ranked fifth overall), 4.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists (ranked first overall) and 2.2 steals (ranked second overall) in 32 Italian League games. Green played college ball in St. Bonaventure from 2000 to 2004. After that, he made his pro debut in France with Roanne and then switched to SLUC Nancy the following season. In 2006 he moved to Turkey to play with Ankara, but he was back to Nancy to end the season. In 2007-08 he landed in Italy for a first stint with Air Avellino and in 2008 he joined Fenerbahce Ulker making his Turkish Airlines Euroleague debut. In 2009-10 he returned to Italy to play with Scavolini Pesaro to return to Avellino one year later until this summer.
