Buducnost Voli Podgorica added depth to its roster for the remainder of the season by signing forward James Bell, the club announced on Friday. Bell (1.96 meters, 26 years old) arrives from fellow Adriatic League side Cedevita Zagreb, where he averaged 10.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists in seven 7DAYS EuroCup games this season. In the Adriatic League, Bell has averaged 15.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals. Last season, Bell played for Darussafaka Tekfen Istanbul and helped the team win EuroCup title. However, he suffered a broken bone in his foot in the opening game of the quarterfinals and missed the rest of the 2017-18 season. Bell started his professional basketball career with Vanoli Cremona of Italy and also played for SLUC Nancy of France and Hapoel Holon in Israel. He is now set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut.
