Khimki revamps backcourt with Harrison

Khimki Moscow Region revamped its backcourt on Wednesday by signing guard Andrew Harrison and releasing Dee Bost. Harrison (1.98 meters, 24 years old) arrives from New Orleans of the NBA and also played for Memphis and Cleveland this season. He appeared in a total of 17 games for the three teams this season after averaging 9.5 points and 3.2 assists in 55 games for Memphis last season, which was his second with the team. Harrison played college basketball at the University of Kentucky, where he spent two seasons and reached the NCAA Final Four in both of them. His twin brother, Aaron Harrison, played for Galatasaray Istanbul and averaged 13.1 points and 3.1 assists in the 7DAYS EuroCup this season. Bost had started all 23 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games for Khimki this season and averaged 7.9 points, 3.0 assists and 1.0 steals per game.
