Zenit St. Petersburg and center Anton Pushkov agreed to terms on a contract that will keep the sides together for two more seasons, the club announced Monday. Pushkov (2.08 meters, 30 years old) averaged 3.3 points over 12 games last season after recovering from a torn ACL, which wiped out his entire 2017-18 campaign. He first joined Zenit in 2015. Pushkov began his career with Volzhanin-GES Volzhskiy and also played for Khimki Moscow Region and Krasnie Krilya before joining Zenit, with which he will make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut this season. Pushkov's trophy case includes the 2012 EuroCup, which he won with Khimki, and the 2013 EuroChallenge, which he captured with Krasnie Krilya.
