The capital of Germany took the baton of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Media Day on Tuesday morning as the team members of ALBA Berlin got their interview and photo posing games on for journalists from near and far. The setting was ALBA's spectacular home court, Mercedes Benz Arena, and the occasion was the team's return to the EuroLeague after four seasons away. ALBA's fans have tasted EuroLeague action over six seasons this century, but they will be more than ready for more after the team's runner-up finish in the 7DAYS EuroCup last season. They and their team will get the chance to show their readiness when ALBA opens the season at home against Zenit St Petersburg of Russia on Friday, October 4!
Who is that masked man?
All 18 EuroLeague teams are holding their respective Media Days in the run-up to a historic season that will have more games than ever as 18 teams from nine countries vie over eight months to give fans the best basketball experience possible on the way to the crowning of a continental champion at the Final Four in Cologne, Germany next May!
