Despite its second straight win and eighth in 10 games, Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv suffered bad news on Thursday as standout point guards John DiBartolomeo and Nate Wolters were both injured long-term. The injuries occurred during a 77-55 victory over visiting FC Bayern Munich.The starter, Wolters (1.93 meters, 28 years old), was diagnosed with a hip muscle strain that will need an estimated six weeks to heal. Wolters has been averaging 9.0 points and 2.8 assists while hitting 58.1% of his two-points shots. DiBartolomeo (1.83 meters, 28 years old) suffered a pectoral muscle tear and may be out up to six months. DiBartolomeo was putting up 7.8 points off the bench as the EuroLeague's 15th-best per-minute scorer this season.
