Panathinaikos OPAP Athens has reunited with big man Zach Auguste, the club announced Monday. The deal is for one season with an option for a second year. Auguste (2.08 meters, 27 years old) returns to the Greens after spending the previous two seasons with Galatasaray Istanbul. He averaged 13.4 points and 7.1 points in 16 games in the 7DAYS EuroCup as well as 12.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.5 steals, 1.4 assists, and 1.0 blocks in the Turkish League. Auguste played college basketball at the University of Notre Dame and started his professional basketabll career with Usak of Turkey before moving to Panathinaikos for the 2017-18 season, in which eh helped the club win the Greek championship.
