Tuesday morning has seen Olympiacos Piraeus become one of the last teams in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague to hold its annual Media Day, going through a busy schedule of interviews and photoshoots ahead of the new season.
Olympiacos' roster has many returning faces, but also newcomers that will try to take the Reds back to the top, all under the helm of coach Georgios Bartzokas.
Vassilis Spanoulis and Georgios Printezis will be leading the squad, as always, but this time they will be joined by a long-time friend of the Reds, Kostas Sloukas, who returns to Piraeus after a few seasons with Fenerbahce. With Kostas Papanikolaou, they complete the quartet that led the team to back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013. The new faces include Livio Jean-Charles, Hassan Martin, Aaron Harrison or veteran Charles Jenkins.
The season will be starting next week, and Olympiacos joins the rest of the teams for the new campaign that will conclude next May in Cologne, Germany.
