ALBA's Eriksson ties triple mark with 10!

ALBA Berlin sharpshooter Marcus Eriksson joined an exclusive group that shares the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague record for three-pointers made in a game when he buried 10 shots from the arc in an 81-100 road win over Khimki Moscow Region on Friday.

Eriksson joins Andrew Goudelock, who set the mark for Fenerbahce Istanbul back in 2014, and Shane Larkin, who tied it twice last season, as the only players ever to make as many as 10 three-pointers in a single game. He finished the game having made 10 of his 13 attempts from downtown.

Eriksson got hot when ALBA needed him most, nailing 5 of 5 triples in the last 5 minutes 24 seconds to break open what was a close game until then. Eriksson finished with 36 points, which was both his own personal high and an ALBA club record in EuroLeague play. His performance index rating of 41 was another career best for Eriksson and the second-highest total by an ALBA player after Vladimir Petrovic's 44 PIR back on January 21, 2004.
