The Media Day tour ahead of the 2021-22 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season wraps up on Thursday where one of the stops is with a competition returnee, UNICS Kazan. Back in the EuroLeague for the first time since the 2016-17 campaign, UNICS has opened the doors of its Basket Hall for a session with the media.

Wearing their camouflage home uniforms, UNICS players and coaches used the morning and early afternoon hours to pose in the photoshoots, do the necessary shots for the graphics, and take part in interviews and promotional activities.

Veteran three-time champion Andrey Vorontsevich was the first player to get in the action, followed by EuroLeague newcomers Isaiah Canaan and John Brown III.

The excitement about the new seasons is great in the beautiful city of Kazan. New head coach Velimir Perasovic and the arrivals of Mario Hezonja, Alonzo Brown as well as big man Tonye Jekiri hint about the high ambitions of the Russian club. UNICS opens its season with back-to-back-to-back home games, where Zenit St Petersburg, AS Monaco and FC Bayern Munich will come to visit in the first 12 days of October.
