Zalgiris forward Tyler Cavanaugh will miss his teams Round 6 game in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague against host Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv after he tested positive for COVID-19.

Even if all Zalgiris players underwent PCR tests on Sunday, with all results negative, before travelling, following Israeli government requirements, a test performed at the Tel Aviv airport upon arrival resulted positive. Despite having two negative antigen rapid tests performed after his positive result, Cavanaugh will miss the game as he has to remain isolated until receiving another PCR negative result, as per local legislation.
