Head Coaches

JOVOVIC, IGOR
Buducnost VOLI Podgorica
"We were aware that Aris is a high-quality team that we were demolished in Greece. But we played better then Aris in Thessaloniki. The first half was awesome, the opponent was brought into a dilemma and they did not know what and how to defend us. Maric's injury caused nervousness, but we again found our good form at the end of the game. "
PRIFTIS, DIMITRIS
Aris Thessaloniki
"Congratulations to Buducnost, they played a great game, especially in the first half and in the first quarter. We couldn't do anything! We struggled in the second half to get back in the game, we combined different defenses. I'm sorry that we did not manage to catch up. We will now look at the next game."

Players

SEHOVIC, SEAD
Buducnost VOLI Podgorica
"We played our best half of the season and we will try to maintain that rhythm in other games. We can expect a tough schedule, and now we are proud that we managed to overcome opponents by more than 18 points. We know how to play better and better, and we just need to continue like this."
XANTHOPOULOS, VASSILIS
Aris Thessaloniki
"Congratulations to Buducnost. They were better than us, they deserve a victory more than we do. We were terrible in the first half, we did not play as expected in defense. They were able to get a greater difference. I wish Aleks Maric all the best for his recovery."
