Head Coaches

LEIBENATH, THORSTEN
Artland Dragons
"I am very proud of our team. We were a little bit scared, because Fortitudo is a big team. But then we played with more courage. I have to give a big compliment to the players that aren’t always in the spotlight. Dirk Madrich and Drew Neitzel carried us tonight. But it also was a big team effort. Everyone contributed to win the game and we played very good defense."
SAKOTA, DRAGAN
Fortitudo Bologna
"Artland deserved the win, because they played better than we did especially in the second half. They played with more energy and punished our mistakes."

Players

MADRICH, DIRK
Artland Dragons
"I just hit the shots today. I can’t really say what I did different from all the other German League games. We had a bad start, but during halftime we noticed that there could be more. When the coach mentioned names like Gregor Fucka the first time, most of the players had very much respect. But we played very good as a team and that’s why we won."
