Head coach: IVANOVIC, DUSKO

Head Coaches

DZIKIC, ALEKSANDAR
Union Olimpija
"We lost the game, but could have also won it. We managed to rally from a 21-point deficit and get back in the game. We are a young team that is still learning to play at this level and win tough, balanced games. I believe that we can only play better in the future. We did not play well in the first half, allowing Teletovic a lot of space for open shots. We showed the material we are made of after the break."
IVANOVIC, DUSKO
Tau Ceramica
"It was a very interesting game. We played well in the opening three quarters. We didn't play good defense in the fourth quarter and stopped believing in ourselves. Union Olimpija showed they have good players and that they can beat any Euroleague team, especially here at Tivoli."

Players

OZBOLT, SASO
Union Olimpija
"Tau won the game, but if we had, it would have also been a well-deserved win. I am happy to see that we are able to rally from a 20-point deficit. It all came down to one shot, but it didn't fall in."
MILIC, MARKO
Union Olimpija
"It is a shame to lose this way against such a strong team, especially when we erased our deficit and were two seconds away from winning the game. We have to keep believing in ourselves. If we play the way we did in the second half, good wins will come."
BARAC, STANKO
Tau Ceramica
"We played really well in the first half, but everything changed after the break, when our game was far from being perfect. We were lucky in the end to escape with a win."
SAN EMETERIO, FERNANDO
Tau Ceramica
"We had trouble with their zone defense. It is something that has been happening to us for a while. We must solve this problem as soon as possible. We won the game in the end, but I must say that I would feel awfully bad if we had lost tonight."
