It didn't last long, however, as Schaffartzik buried 4 three-pointers in a 17-2 run that Ross capped with his own shot from downtown, good for a 38-25 Ludwigsburg margin. Free throws brought Slask within 38-31 while Harris and Robinson traded baskets to fix the halftime score at 40-33. Woudstra scored off a steal while Ross added free throws to make the hosts restore a double-digit lead, 44-34. Chanas and Stevic tried to change things for Slask, but foul shots by Harris and another basket by Harris still kept Ludwigsburg ahead, 50-40. Chanas found some help from Homan to get Slask closer at 52-46. Coleman Collins and Harris combined for 4 quick points while three-pointers by Schaffartzik and Harris gave the hosts a 62-50 margin after 30 minutes. Stefan Fahrad fired in a triple while Ferreira scored inside to seal the outcome, 73-59, with 4 minutes to go. Slask did not recover and all Ludwigsburg fans celebrate their team's first-ever ULEB Cup win!
