"Congratulations to my players. Before the game I was talking about Oldenburg, they are very dangerous and if we don't play our pace, our tempo, they will have a huge chance to win the game. Most probably the players did not listen to me because in the first quarter we were out of our tempo, out of our game strategy, out of our concentration. But, especially in the second and the third quarter, we played our tempo, we found the open court, and we attacked how we had planned to before the game. So we got something offensively. We made very simple mistakes, if you are a team which is staying together for the next season, you have to make less mistakes on the court than we made tonight. So we need to improve our game, to play better basketball, better situations. We can say 92 points is a lot; most of the points did not come out of a great offensive organization. We have a talented team, but we have to show our IQ. But under these conditions, I cannot complain about the result. Winning is winning. Now we have an important road game in Malaga next week. They are a really good team, good players, big-time tradition, that is why I worry how we are going to play against them on the road, most probably in front of a full house. "

"A game with great atmosphere, with both teams wanting to win the game. We started the game very well, in the first 10 minutes we were very good on defense, especially we did a good job in pick and roll defense. After that we had confidence with our offense, we moved the ball very well. But in second quarter we lost confidence in defending the pick-and-roll, and we lost by a lot, 28-13. I think the problem was we did not control the situation on the court for too long. After halftime, Galatasaray was more physical. We showed desire on the court, but we were not successful, and we did not make open shots and did not make good decisions. That's why Galatasaray won. I am proud that my guys fought in the final quarter, came within 6 points. We lost, and I congratulate Galatasaray, but we go home with a good 25 minutes of the game, which we have to stretch to playing a good 40 minutes."

"This is our home, we have to protect our home because our fans are some of the best in the Europe. When they come to the game it is a different story, and I want to thank our fans for the support."

"We started very well into the game. Unfortunately, we could not keep the pace and Galatasaray took control of the game at halftime. Now it's time to build on the good things next week and to get our first win in Group D."
