Head Coaches

FRANCO, DANNY
Maccabi Haifa Bazan
"Winning today was very important for us in this group. I'm glad that in the last quarter, when we were fatigued, we maintained our defensive structure. Kozikaro did a beautiful job and Cubillan had a good game. I'm very happy about winning this game as it also keeps us in the picture, which is a remarkable achievement for us against a good team."
KEMZURA, KESTUTIS
CEZ Basketball Nymburk
"Honestly, we knew it wouldn't be an easy game. We had a lot of information about the team. We did not open the way we wanted. Yivzori and Reis's three pointers hurt us. We learned about them, but we didn’t provide the goods. In general, we did not do a bad job on Smith. In the second quarter, we did not make the right decisions and we were not aggressive enough and it hurt us. In general, we needed to be more aggressive."

Players

CUBILLAN, DAVID
Maccabi Haifa Bazan
"We knew it would be a tough game, we played strong defense and things worked out for us today. We made sure to play good defense and that's why we were able to manage and control the game. I think sometimes people judge you because you're not scoring points and people only see that. I have to keep working and do what the team needs me to do."
SIMMONS, TRE
CEZ Basketball Nymburk
"It feels good to return to Israel. I think we played better in the second quarter than the first quarter. If we were playing in the first quarter as we played in the second quarter, we had a good chance."
