Joventut already secured its spot in the semi-finals before the game but used the last game to keep a perfect record before the big clash tomorrow morning. With this win Joventut finished Group A with a 3-0 record while the hosting team dropped to 0-3 and will fight for the 7th spot against the team that will finish last in Group B. Alberto Abalde led six players in double-digits with 19 points and saw Jose Nogues add 13. Alex Rodriguez and Sergi Martinez topped the score sheet for the losing side with 11 points each. The first quarter saw both teams produce offense as Joventut held a 26-24 lead after ten minutes, yet a 14-2 run opened a gap that L'Hospitalet couldn't react to. After a 53-39 lead at the break Joventut kept the locals on only 9 points in the third quarter and opened a 30 point gap that decided the game.
