Marshall made free throws but an unstoppable Gasol erased it with another basket and soon nailed a three-pointer for a 44-35 Akasvayu margin. Gasol provided the play of the night with a two-handed dunk over Vukosavljevic while Cvetkovic fired in one from downtown to make it a 13-point game, 58-45, and seal the outcome of the series. Sada fed Cvetkovic for an easy layup that Bozovic erased with a quick basket. Marshall nailed a triple, but Hemofarm needed much more than that. Head Coaches

MARTINEZ, PEDRO
Akasvayu Girona
"We couldn't maintain the rhythm for the whole 40 minutes and we could have broken the game earlier. We demonstrated our superiority and we are fully satisfied with the result, which brings us to the Final Eight. We hope to get further in the competition."

Players

SAN EMETERIO, FERNANDO
Akasvayu Girona
"I think we had the game under control. We came out concentrated and strong. We could sense the end throughout the second half. It was our objective for the season and we are happy. We have to keep on working to try to get as far as we can in the championship."
JOKSIMOVIC, NEBOJSA
Hemofarm Stada
"My personal opinion is that we played a great first half, but we didn't hold their rhythm. The result was that we lost 22 balls. We lost the opportunity to play the Final Eight in the last game at home."
