Kahudi extended it to 54-36 early in the third. The scoring significantly slowed down and ASVEL kept its margin safe by allowing only 11 points in the third quarter. At the start of the fourth quarter, however, Can Akin hit a pair of threes, and Gabriel had back-to-back dunks to get the visitors within 65-57. Gabriel's triple made it 69-62 with a little over four minutes to go, but Noua and Kahudi scored from close range on the other end, restoring a double-digit lead before Slaughter's triple sealed the deal as ASVEL finished the game with a 15-1 run.

LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne
"First, I want to thank the team and especially the team captain Charles Kahudi. Tonight it was a big question if he would play tonight because he twisted his ankle in the last game, and you could see how he played tonight. We also had good support from the fans, they felt the moments to give us an extra push to play better. Maybe we did not deserve to win by 21, similar like in Valencia when we did not deserve to lose by 22. I think we played the entire game with good energy. Turk Telekom is a good team, they have injured players, and they have more power to play better. We faced EuroLeague players tonight, like Vladimir Stimac, Kenny Gabriel or Sylven Landesberg, and they punished our mistakes very quickly. I don’t like to play games going up and down like that."
GOREN, BURAK
Turk Telekom Ankara
"Congratulations to ASVEL, which is a big team, and played a big game. It is not an excuse, but to play a game against Fenerbahce two days ago did not help us tonight. But one more time, ASVEL deserved the win, they played with a lot of energy, not us."

"We expected this kind of talented offensive team in front of us, and we played tough. We had to protect our home and that's what we've done."
LIGHTY, DAVID
LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne
"For sure it was a good win, a good performance overall and teamwise. Each player is bringing something to the table and that is something we are trying to focus on since the preseason. We go step by step, and we got to keep building. Our schedule is very tough this month, we have to stay locked in and people got to stay healthy. Coach game plans for us and we got to keep executing."
