Pavel Sizov led the winners with his 20 points, Viacheslav Fedorchenko added 15, Alexander Gankevich 11 and Sergey Zhulkov 10. For Ludwigsburg, Stefan Ilzhofer nailed 20 points and Joschka Ferner added 13. The win lifts CSKA to a 2-0 record with only one left game to play while Ludwigsburg is 0-2 and is out of the race for a place in the final. Defenses prevailed in the first period and neither team managed to build a significant lead, arriving at the end of the first 10 minutes with a CSKA 13-11 edge. It was in the second quarter when CSKA managed to increase the lead thanks to a final 7-0 burst to close the first half, 39-31. The 26 turnovers of Ludwigsburg were a heavy burden to carry, but the German team managed to hang on in the second half, but CSKA managed the lead wisely and survived to the final buzzer with a solid 9-point lead for the win.
